15 часов назад в цехе наших друзей «Чистый вкус шоколада» засыпали в меланжеры два вида какао-бобов. Мы впервые делаем шоколад в коллаборации! И осенью выпустим очень ограниченную партию плиток — каждого вида сделали всего по 1 кг. Немного приоткроем завесу тайны — какао-бобы мы готовили по методу «инфьюз», то есть насыщали их вкусами и ароматами других продуктов. Как думаете, с чем будут эти плитки?
