Неизвестный факт обо мне: я начала заниматься интерьерами. Сначала - ремонт для себя, потом - для родственников, потом начиркала планировки друзьям, потом - сотрудникам. Просто так, потому что мне нравится. За 5 лет я приложила руку к более чем 20 интерьерам. И люди довольны эргономикой даже спустя несколько лет проживания в квартире. Аэропорт Геленджика - самый красивый аэропорт в РФ, ну и почти самый красивый в мире (для поклонников Фуксаса). Но есть вопросики. Детскую комнату (она на последнем слайде и это неочевидно) явно делали архитекторы для будущих архитекторов. Иначе как объяснить больничный минимализм с одной только функцией - рисованием? 😂

Мы всё воспринимаем с позиции своей реальности. Сидим с застройщиком и обсуждаем глубину секций. Она, как известно, очень зависит от квартирографии. 16 метров - для комфорта. 18 - для бизнес-класса. В комфорте однушки 34-38, в бизнесе 40-45 м2.
