قرأت عن مفهوم لفت إنتباهي يسمى دائرة التحكم ،يقول: الأمور في الحياة تنقسم لقسمين: «أشخاص وأحداث خارجة عن إرادتنا، وأفكار وردود أفعال تقع تحت سيطرتنا تمامًا» فالخلاصة إنو المعاناة تنشأ لمن نحاول نتحكم في الأشياء إللي خارج دائرة التحكم وما نقدر نغيرها مثل آراء الآخرين، مشاعرهم، وتصرفاتهم، والموت، والمرض وننسى الأشياء إللي نحنا قادرين نتحكم فيها ونغيرها فعلًا 🤍.!
