Пока жду машину из сервиса, заглянул в 📍 «Сабабу» на фудкорте Gremm на Янгеля. Взял мезе за 990 рублей. Что внутри: ➕ идеальный хумус крупного помола без единого комочка; ➕ мягкая, слегка пряная куриная грудка; ➕ нежнейшие говяжьи котлеты; ➕ свежий и сочный салат; ➕ разогретая, слегка хрустящая пита; ➖ обычная фри из заморозки без удивлений; ➕ фалафель — огнище, а с соусом вообще пожарище. Наелся до отвала.
Что самое вкусное в шаурме? Конечно же пакетик, в который она завернута! Кроме шуток, попробовал местный специалитет в недавно открывшемся у дома ГЛАВ Донере. Заведение из франшизной сети: технологические карты выверенные, качество (за два моих захода) стабильное. Овощи свежие. Соусов в меру. Мясо сочное. Размеры впечатляющие. Лаваш подсушивают уже на готовом продукте в пресс-гриле — я не фанат этого процесса, но…

Недавно заглядывал в 📍 Мария Санта на Трубной и пробовал новые позиции меню. Опалённый тартар из форели с трюфелем и взбитым пармезаном, 1090 ₽ Двухслойная текстура весьма необычна. Выраженный луковый привкус — несколько перекрывает вкус рыбы. Пюре интересное. А это не картошка, блин, это пармезан! А показалось на вкус картошкой. Перед возвращением домой по традиции заглянул в 📍 Нитку на Ордынке. Люблю это место за атмосферу (и за то, что здесь время замедляется). Чай «Хоста» (Краснодарский край) Наилегчайший черный чай с нашего юга. Яркие ноты сухофруктов и груш. Для меня стал открытием: обычно ждешь от черного чая терпкости, а тут — сама деликатность.
