قال العلامة ابن باز رحمه الله : فإذا قلت اللهم اغفر لفلان، اللهم أصلح قلبه وعمله، اللهم يسر أموره، اللهم ارزقه الذرية الصالحة، العلم النافع، تدعو لأخيك بما تراه مناسبا، والملك الموكل يقول: آمين ولك بمثله، وهذا في الحقيقة إنما يقع من أصحاب القلوب السليمة الراغبة في الخير المحبة للخير فإنها تعتني بهذه المسائل لما في قلوبها من الرقة والمحبة والرغبة فيما عند الله والنصح لعباد الله، فيدعو لنفسه ويدعو لإخوانه المسلمين.
