Tesla's estimate is asking for a reversal $TSLA reports Wednesday. Analysts expect 50 cents a share, up 26% from the same quarter last year. Tesla's earnings went the other way for two years. Last four quarters: $1.81 a share, down 19% from the four before, on record revenue. More sales, less profit. Wednesday needs that to flip. https://x.com/TheTapeio/status/2078074604141072882

20 posts held, back to 15 July 2026 — the reader has not yet reached the start of this channel’s public history, so older posts may sit further back, unread. Read across 1 page of Telegram’s post history, 20 posts per page.
Nothing published in the last 30 days. ERR and ER are rolling 30-day measures, so there is nothing to compute — we hold 20 posts for this entry, the most recent from 17 July 2026. An engagement rate over an empty window would be a number about nothing.

Korea's run is cracking $EWY, the South Korea ETF, is up 68% this year. $SPY is up 10%. It has dropped 25% since its June 18 peak. Yesterday alone it fell 4.8%, while $SPY fell 0.5%. It's been selling off for a month and it's still up 68%. https://x.com/TheTapeio/status/2078061451143508416
Bernstein cut its $NFLX price target this morning, from $100 to $95. Netflix closed at $74.35 last night. It's near $67.50 in the pre-market. So the target came down 5%. The stock fell about 9%. Before the print that target sat about 35% above the price. After the cut it sits about 41% above it. Trimming a target by less than the stock fell leaves you further from the stock, not closer.
$NFLX just took out its 52-week low. It's around $68.70 after hours. It closed at $74.35, only $3.49 above that low. The options market had priced a $6 move for tonight's print. So a normal-sized drop was always going to be enough to break it. It's down about 7.5%, right about what was priced. The quarter was roughly in line. EPS $0.80 vs $0.79. It's the Q3 guide that's light.
The options market priced $ABT to move 4.4% on earnings today. It closed up 10.7%. That's 2.4x. Seven names reported today. Five landed inside what the options market priced. $ABT and $PLD didn't.
GE Aerospace beat earnings and raised guidance. Its margins fell anyway. Adjusted earnings came in at $2.02 a share vs the $1.86 analysts expected, up 22% from last year. Revenue grew 21%. Orders hit $16.5 billion, up 17%. Free cash flow rose 43%. But operating margin fell to 21.7%, from 23.0% a year ago. The reason is in their own release: engine deliveries jumped 31% in the first half, LEAP engines up 41%. Selli…

UnitedHealth's revenue grew 0.4% last quarter. Its earnings per share grew 56%. Premiums actually fell 1.1%. Medical costs fell 4.1%, from $78.6 billion to $75.4 billion. Claims now eat 86.7% of every premium dollar, down from 89.4% a year ago. $UNH isn't selling more insurance. It dropped the members it was losing money on. In January it guided $17.75 a share for the year. Today: $19.50 to $20.00, and it doubled…
🚨 $TSM has beaten the top end of its own operating margin guidance four quarters in a row. Q3 25: guided 45.5-47.5%, did 50.6%. Q4 25: guided 49-51%, did 54.0%. Q1 26: guided 54-56%, did 58.1%. Q2 26: guided 56.5-58.5%, did 60.3%. This morning they guided Q3 to 56-58%. Below the 60.3% they just posted. Four quarters straight, their own forecast came in too low. https://x.com/TheTapeio/status/2077653665104433485
United's fuel bill jumped ~$2.3 billion last quarter. Up 84%. They didn't fly more. Gallons burned +2.7%. Jet fuel went from $2.34 to $4.19 a gallon. They still raised full-year guidance to $9-11 a share. They clawed back about half the fuel cost from customers in Q2, expect 80-90% in Q3, and 100% by Q4. Translation: by Q4 they plan to charge you for all of it. $UAL https://x.com/TheTapeio/status/2077501201021559…
Options traders have already priced tomorrow's earnings. Ranked by the move they expect: $NFLX — 7.6% $UNH — 5.2% $GE — 4.5% $TSM — 3.5% That's how far the options market says each stock swings, up or down, when the numbers land. $NFLX is a seventh of $TSM's size and priced for more than double the move. That's where the market thinks the surprise is. https://x.com/TheTapeio/status/2077485362319065561
Showing the 12 most recent of 20 posts we hold for @thetapeio. View and reaction counts are the latest single reading for each post, not a live figure, and a recent post is still accumulating both. A view count marked ≈ was rounded by Telegram before we ever saw it — t.me prints views in full below 1,000 and to three significant figures above, so ≈1,200,000 means somewhere between 1,150,000 and 1,249,999. Unmarked counts are exact. Text is reproduced from the public post preview and truncated for length.
Mentions
Named by 1 registered channel — every channel on the register whose own posts have named this one, by its current username or any other username it currently holds, merged from two separately captured readings of the same fact so a namer caught by only one of them is not missed and a namer both caught is not counted twice. A username this channel has since dropped is not matched — that handle may belong to someone else now, and crediting today’s namer to yesterday’s owner would misattribute it.
Named by
Channels on the register whose posts name this channel's handle.
A mention is a weaker signal than a forward and is counted separately for that reason — naming a channel is not republishing it, and a handle in a post body is easy to place deliberately. The post counts beside each row below are distinct posts in which the handle appeared, from posts we have read on both sides — the “Named by N registered channels” figure above is a different count, of distinct NAMING CHANNELS rather than posts, and is not the sum of the rows under it.
