#ملاحظة_صيدلانية لماذا يتم إضافة دواء الـ (Ezetimibe) مع دواء الـ (Atorvastatin) بالرغم أن لهم نفس الوظيفة تقليل نسبة الكوليسترول في الدم ؟! دواء الـ (Ezetimibe) يعمل على منع إمتصاص الكوليسترول والـ (Atorvastatin) يعمل على منع تصنيع الكوليسترول في الكبد. فـ بالتالي أنا منعت إلامتصاص ومنعت التصنيع وحصلت على فعالية أقوى وقللت الجرعات من كلا الدوائين.
