а еще самый главный плюс: для результата не обязательно пахать по 2 часа в зале, даже 15-20 мин в день уже прогресс, чем полное отсутствие активности, и результаты действительно будут ин ша Аллах, главное желание вот так вот

плюсы тренировок: - тело быстро откликается на активность - уменьшаются объемы - появляется пресс - повышается выносливость - чувствуется легкость в теле (только если это не следующее утро после силовой) минусы: - иногда лень и не хочется делать (но зато потом не жалеешь, что сделала) - в процессе, когда становится очень сложно хочется умереть
