к предыдущему посту хочу добавить, что для меня жизнь стала меньше ощущаться как проект, который срочно нужно закончить раньше я думала, что рефлексия, искренние разговоры с близкими, регулярная работа с психологом, чтение литературы по самопомощи рано или поздно приведут меня к точке, когда я перестану тревожиться, сомневаться и болезненно реагировать на неопределенность сейчас думаю, что такого момента не существ…
