Федеральный суд отказался приостанавливать правило, согласно которому автоматическое продление права на работу по TPS действительно всего год. По логике это означает, что с завтрашнего дня автоматическое продление уже недействительно.

Правило, по которому автоматическое продление права на работу по TPS истекало 22 июля, временно приостановлено до следующего решения суда в начале августа. Привіт всім! В кого змінився статус в кабінеті на ось такий?
Хочу трішки заспокоїти тих, хто чекає вже дуже довго: це не обов’язково означає, що з вами чи з вашою справою щось не так. Бо якби було щось не так, або USCIS мав якісь питання, вам би, швидше за все, прийшов RFE - запит на додаткові докази, або вже була б відмова. Дуже часто це просто питання черги, сервісного центру або офіцера, до якого потрапила справа. Комусь щастить більше, комусь менше ☹️ Але саме довге очік…
