📊 ИТОГИ ИЮЛЯ Ну чо, отбегал таки Июль! Вышло 318 км. Планировалось больше, но по факту вышло итак больше, чем во все другие месяцы года. Месяц был, не побоюсь этого слова, ЭКСТРЕМАЛЬНЫЙ!☹️ Начался успешно с полусуток и моего первого стокилометровника, а закончился довольно хреново и чуть ли не фатально для предстоящего бэкъярда.
