Небольшая предыстория УЗИ делали в четверг. Бумажку с результатом получили сразу - но специально не смотрели, решили устроить сюрприз сами себе. Сегодня был на семинаре про построение команды гендиректора. Если честно, шёл больше из любопытства. На мой взгляд , основная причина - не в детях, шуме или возрасте, а в неуверенности. Звонок сразу показывает уровень владения продажами: нельзя долго думать над ответом, переписать сообщение или спрятаться за экраном. Если менеджер уверен в себе, понимает этапы продаж, умеет работать с возражениями и знает, как вести разговор, то формат уже не так важен) У меня есть менеджеры с маленькими детьми, дома шумно, но име…

Наблюдаю такую тенденцию: для менеджеров по продажам звонки стали проблемой. Реально. Появился целый срез тех, кто ищет работу в продажах только в переписках и не хочет звонить. Причём, чем моложе менеджер, тем острее проблема. У коллег в возрасте 35+ нет таких сложностей. Интересно. Не умеют продавать в звонках или нет возможности(ребенок/шум/др)?
