начал изучать проектный менеджмент, и интересная аналогия: не мои клиенты относятся к процессу поступления как к одной цели: поступить на грант! похоже на Большой взрыв из картинки. все или ничего. а мои клиенты (сами того не зная) используют IID из Agile: постепенно делают необходимые шаги под моим руководством, приращивая новые программы и документы, и итерируя драфты после моих проверок.
