Сегодня узнала, что улитки — это, оказывается, растительный продукт. Там в составе ещё сливочное масло — из слив, наверное. А если серьёзно: нередко встречаю некорректную маркировку продуктов как веганских, когда они содержат сухое молоко, яичный порошок, мёд и другие ПЭЖ. Особенно часто в кафе, поэтому всегда проверяю состав блюд прежде, чем сделать заказ. Невеганские компоненты могут быть в составе любого, казало…
