Брюссельская капуста - открытие месяца для меня. Прямо в замороженном виде кидаю на чугунную сковородку с небольшим количеством масла и тушу/жарю минут 15. Сегодня потушил ее прямо с гречкой, потом добавил тыквенное и абрикосовое масла от Валерии и добавил свой йогурт! Для вас открытием будет (кроме вкусного масла от Валерии) гречка с йогуртом.
