Из моих наблюдений, которые уже подтверждаются исследованием: 1 и 3 пункты очень взаимосвязаны и часто гасят 2 (их значимость выше), к сожалению. То есть если среда раньше поддерживала и есть позитивное подкрепление/ позитивный опыт – выше вероятность, что человек и дальше будет более «инициативным и проактивным» = агентным. И у него выше внутренняя мотивация, потому что есть вера в результат. А если среда уже гаси…
