Небольшой расчет, по похлебке. Картошка была, лук тоже. Лось добыт собственными силами. 265+182+20 морковь+20 лук+ 40 картофель + лось бесценен. Докинем чеснок и зелень + округлим. 600р за казан. Если скажете что это тоже на 4 порции и я питаюсь воздухом, то я просто промолчу 😀 Явно в сотку уложились за порцию если не считать, что покупаете лося за 10т.р 👋

Похлебка из лося 🫎 Вот и приготовилось следующее блюдо, а именно похлебка из лося. Тут все сложнее и времени требуется больше. Мясо я предварительно обжарил, после чего в казан вместе с целой луковицей и морковкой. Томил 1.5 часа. Зажарка : крупно лук, морковь, чеснок обжариваем и добавляем туда томаты вместе с соком в банке ( главное что бы они были без кожуры ) Я добавил 3 чайных ложки сахара, что бы убавить ж…

👆 👆 👆 👆 👆 Итого, 149+89+53 ( 1/3 сливок ) + 50р ( 1 помидор из упаковки ) + луковица рублей 20 + сыра рублей на 20, чеснок не знаю как посчитать) Округлим в 400р за сковороду, в ней полноценных порций 6 точно. Итого: 1 прием пищи 67р 😀 Уложились? Как считаете ? С учетом, что продукты специально не выбирались, что бы удешевить произведение искусства 🙂

Что быстрее готовится, тем и делюсь первым 🙃 Макароны в сливочно-колбасно-копченом соусе 🥰 Тут все предельно просто, макароны варим и в сторону. Дальше интереснее ( на основное фото не попал сыр, решил его добавить в самом конце, мы же ресторан почти 😂 ) На сковороде жарим: копченые сосиски с лучком и чесноком ( так же помидор я ошпарил кипятком, что бы снять шкурку, порезал на кубик и туда же в сковороду ) как п…

Сегодня воскресенье, а значит есть бешеное желание чего то приготовить 🙂 В холодильнике было найдено: ребра лося ( кто помнит откуда они, тот молодец и спасибо, что ты до сих пор со мной😀 ) Так же купил, копченые сосиски и докупил немного мелочевки. Будем готовить два блюда: похлебку из лося и макароны в сливочно копчено-сосисочном соусе 😆 Не упустите 😉 🥣 Как выжить на сотку? 🥣

Классика ? 🙃 Лисички с картошечкой 🥰 Я делаю её в сметане ну очень уж вкусно получается. Изначально мутим то, в чем будет томиться. 3 ложки сметаны, чеснок мелко нарубленный и зелень какая есть. И в сторону, настояться. Лисички промываю с мукой, она отрабатывает как наждачная бумага, хорошо их отмывает. Некоторые резал, некоторые так оставлял. Картоху обжарить и в сторону. Лисички с лучком обжариваем до момента…
