Не очень понятен странный дуализм правительства Владимирской области. То утверждают, что ситуация в Кольчугино с теплоснабжением, изложеная в районном СМИ не соответствует действительности. А вечером губернатор едет в Кольчугино. Там он, в темноте, бродит по малоосвещенным подъездам, лично в квартирах щупает батареи, трубы и стояки, что как бы намекает нам на значимость проблемы.
