Курочка на соли. Очень вкусная нежная курочка получается. Рецепт стародавний, когда-то часто так готовила, решила вспомнить. Нам понадобится лишь курица и пачка соли. На противень на пергамент насыпать 1 кг. соли., разровнять. Курицу вымыть, удалить лишнее, обмакнуть бумажными полотенцами и выложить на соль спинкой вниз. Можно связать ножки вместе.
