Этим летом я онлайн путешествовала вместе со своими учениками по разным городам 😅👌 с кем-то в отпуске, с кем-то в командировках. Так интересно, что с появлением большого количества практик онлайн как расширилась моя личная география и как же это удобно. Недавно с моей подачи одна прекрасная женщина Коуч с г.Мытищи организовала мастермайнд, где я узнала что у всех есть абонемент в фитнес-клуб. Мой первый вопрос был: а сауна и хаммам есть?
