На самом главном рынке Мюнхена Виктуалиенмаркт есть лавка, где продают только картошку. За год ассортимент обновляется и доходит до 100 сортов картофеля😳 Это Caspar Plautz. Продолжаю швейцарскую серию. Про вино рассказала, теперь про сыр. Сначала короткая шпаргалка. В Швейцарии есть знак AOP, защищённое наименование происхождения. Он означает, что продукт сделан только в своём регионе, из местного молока, по традиционному методу.
