После окончания Второй мировой войны французы весьма активно использовали технику бывшей немецкой армии. В том числе строя довольно любопытные конверсии. В данном случае на Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.D установили 75-мм пушку Pak 97/38. Штука, кстати, серийная, применялась в Индокитае. Особо стоит обратить внимание на вырез в лобовом листе.
