Багато було критики по відношення до Сирського ,зараз вилізає не менше "гівна на вентилятор" на командуючого КМС Казьмірчука. Кузьмірчук пропрацював при двух ГК ,Залужно та Сирського. Один чистий сухий факт,без емоцій. Саме при Сирському та Казьмірчуку був наказ про переведення частини медиків з госпіталів до Сухопутних військ.Це в свою чергу потягнуло певні наслідки, від яких військова медицина досі не оговталась.…

Стримаюсь від коментарів з приводу останніх подій навколо #Мінестерство_оборони_України. Трохи думки з "землі" або з "низів", називайте як хочете. Іноді, а подекуди досить часто, коли в СОУ приходить людина на якусь посаду, потроху наводить лад в підрозділі. Цю людину з часом знімають з незрозумілих логіки та здорового глузду причин, ставлять якогось довб№№%а, той доводить всі справи "до ручки", з кіпішом з низів йог…

Всі згадують за добровольців лютого-березня 2022р., але багато хто вже забув про тих ,хто ще досі в строю з 2014р. Маю за честь служити з такою людиною. Коротко.Жінка, медикиня, анестезист. З 2014 року долучилась в лави ЗСУ. Пройшла шлях бойового медика(тобто безпосередньо була на "нулі"), кейс-еваків, стабілізаційні пункти, ПХГ, госпіталь і так по колу на протязі 12 років помінявши 8(!) військових частин. Так так…

Цільна кров зараз дійсно на вагу золота, але це можно виправити донорами на місцях "тут і зараз" ,але вже відбувається після застосовання еритроцитарної маси та свіжозамороженої плазми.

В тему нововедень від мін.оборони щодо контрактів , дуже двояке відчуття . З одного боку відчуття несправедлисті, ті хто з 2022р( мовчу вже за тих хто з 2014, а таких я знаю особисто) щоби піти не надовго в цивільне життя(відсрочка від 6 місяців) треба ще +24 місяці зверху накинути. А новоприбулі можуть одразу піти на службу на 2 роки. А з іншого, коли чуєш що відбувається зараз на цивільній медицині , то розумієш…

Щодо розбронювання медиків Уявляю собі як десь в більш-менш немаленькому місті в місцевих лікарнях піде гризня в колективах "підлизування" начальству заради броні.Ну і звісно ж не без "подяки" в конверті в кабінет головного лікаря. Ну а ще ж є ті, хто вже підготувався до розбронювання,поробивши собі або родичам інвалідності, всі ж розуміють як це все може робитись Іноді так сидиш і думаєш,як добре все ж таки бути …
