19.04.1949 - цього дня 77 років тому на Закарпатті, Україна, було посаджено перше насіння чаю. Нині це територія заповідного урочища місцевого значення "Широкий" (1993) у межах Мукачівського лісництва, на північ від м. Мукачеве та на схід від с. Лавки
