🔸 در نامه ای به دادستان کل کشور نسبت به ترک فعل قوه قضاییه در اجرای بند ج ماده ۸ قانون برنامه هفتم در پرونده بانک آینده اعتراض کردم. 🔸طبق این بند مترقی برنامه هشتم هزینههای ناشی از تخلفات بانکها میبایست از دارایی شخصی سهامداران و مدیران متخلف (چه در بانک چه در خارج از آن) پرداخت شود و دادستان کل کشور مسئول توقیف داراییهای متخلفین است. 🌐 Zohurian.ir 📌 @zohurian
