Каждый август стартует фестиваль "Тайгастро"! Придуманный одним из самых креативных лидеров ресторанной индустрии Димой Журкиным и его командой. Основа фестивалья - локальная кухня. Новая эра. Мы привыкли ,что большие съедают маленьких, но теперь это не так. Быстрые съедают медленных. В мире где школьники могут навайбкодить новую поисковую систему, приложение и что угодно попав в запрос/боль быстро распарсить это через трендс/инсту и улететь в космос. На каждой важной встрече я говорю что пока в городе нет инструмента по гастрономии - люди будут теряться в выборе. Если город/ регион/страна/ хочет растить свой гастрономический облик у него должен быть инструмент, и это путеводитель или гид. Чуть-чуть об этом, но еще много о чем интересном в материале РБК авторства Златы Фетистовой!

На все в этой жизни есть свой «налог», и на безопасность и относительную стабильность - это деньги! Я не перестану любить Сингапур никогда. 4 раза была там и все с огромной порцией вдохновения. Я часто говорю что работать буду до 100 лет. Но работать не из необходимости, а из интереса и развития. Что важно - смотреть на динамику старения родителей, потому что часть "рельс" - те генетики уже заложена там, и понять как не надо делать можно уже сейчас. Второе что важно - подготовка и буквально восприятие что ты просто будешь жить иначе, но как, в плане здоровья и финансов, как раз решает период 35-50 лет. Что…
