Unterfranken... Am 06.08.2025 fand in einem Amtsgericht in Unterfranken eine Masern-Verhandlung statt. Dies ist an sich nichts Ungewöhnliches, aber in diesem Fall eben doch. Irgendwie zumindest. Die Eltern waren bereits im Januar 2025 aufgefordert worden, für ihre Tochter einen Nachweis i.S.d. Masernschutzgesetzes vorzulegen. Diese Aufforderung enthielt die Information, dass es sich um keinen Verwaltungsakt handele…
