خیلی اوقات احساس عذاب وجدان مرتبط با اضطراب شکستن الگوهای گذشته است. وقتی همیشه مسئولیت حال بقیه رو برعهده گرفتی، مرز گذاشتن شبیه بیرحمی حس میشه ولی به مرور درست میشه. رشد کردن یعنی یاد گرفتن اینکه هر احساس ناخوشایندی، نشونهی اشتباه بودن انتخابت نیست. @PERFECTIONZ 🇨🇦
