💊 بعد از بنزودیازپین، نوبت کدام داروست؟ دوستان، توی اورژانس کم نیستند بیمارانی که با وجود دریافت دوز مناسب بنزودیازپین، هنوز تشنجشون کنترل نمیشه. در این شرایط معمولاً بین لووتیراستام، فسفنیتوئین و والپروات باید یکی رو انتخاب کنیم. یک نکته جالب اینه که میزان اینتوباسیون در بیمارانی که والپروات دریافت کرده بودن، حدود ۱۷٪ گزارش شده؛ در مقایسه با لووتیراستام (۲۰٪) و فسفنیتوئین (۲۶٪). البته این اختلاف از نظر آماری مع…
