Последний раз я добавила 2 банки сметаны и 11 яиц, получилось вкусно, и все дети в гостях ели с удовольствием. Пока ни один ребенок не отказался от таких оладьев, так что рецепт рабочий! Особенно для тех детей, кто не есть яйца в обычном виде.

К рецепту выше хочу добавить, что порция нутриетивно-плотного блюда в 2-3 раза меньше привычных нам порций. Дети и взрослые наедаются небольшой порцией и при этом получают максимум нутриентов. Порция пасты с лисичками будет в 3 раза меньше, чем например, привычная порция макарон с сыром. Тоже самое с моими любимыми ферментированными оладьями, ребенок съедает 3 оладушка и сытый, в главное получил нутриенты из яиц, м…
