Гели с лактатом Теория в двух словах такая: организм использует глюкозу, фруктозу и лактат в качестве энергии. Пути разные, но все они направлены на поддержание темпа, чтобы бежать быстрее. Почему высокая HRV не всегда показательна? Если коротко, этот показатель отражает состояние вегетативной нервной системы. Высокая HRV = расслабление, низкая = нервозность (стресс). Работа с данными Как показывает практика, если пульс покоя вырос, HRV снизилась, сон пропал и с виду «что - то не так», а спортсмен все равно говорит, что все нормально. То скорее всего он обманывает или преувеличивает. Но с цифрами все равно легче убедить спортсмена, чтобы он отдохнул, чем без. Поэтому мы их и используем.

Волгоград Сегодня речь пойдет о Паше Цебине. У него личный рекорд на марафоне 2.33.24 (белые ночи, 2025) и на полумарафоне 1.09.58 (Гатчина, 2025) Что объединяют эти результаты? Это Александр. Он живет на Камчатке. В городе Петропавловск - Камчатский. Это сладкое слово, как поет Цой, но для спорта — это одна головная боль. В июне, например, можно снег во дворе найти. Как выглядит профессионализм? Мой многолетний сосед по комнате во сколько бы он ни пришел бы из клуба (а бывало и в 6 утра) всегда вставал по будильнику в 7.45 и шел на завтрак. А в 10 был уже на тренировке. Бежал мой сосед достаточно быстро. Возможно, если бы он не ходил в клуб, то бежал бы еще быстрее. Но точно бы у него ничего не вышло, если бы он не выходил на тренировку из любого положения.
