Новости закрытий и открытий: вместо кафе-блинной «Матрёшка» на Свободы, д. 134 открылось очередное кафе вьетнамской кухни с названием, знакомым кировскому любителю азиатчины. Да-да, владельцы решили назваться «Ханой». А ведь многие кировчане помнят тот самый лаунж-ресторан «Ханой» на Ленина, д. 89Б.
