أولاً: بطلان سندها (من الناحية الحديثية) لا توجد في كتب السنة المعتمدة: لم تُذكر في صحيح البخاري ولا مسلم ولا أصحاب السنن ولا المسانيد، وإنما جاءت في بعض كتب الأدب والتاريخ بلا إسناد صحيح. ضعف الراوي: وردت من طريق رجل يُدعى (عبد الله بن مصعب)، وهو متروك الحديث عند أهل العلم ولا يُحتج بروايته.

الرد المختصر على كذبة "لا سمع ولا طاعة" لـ عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه تُنسَب للصحابي سلمان الفارسي (أو غيره) قصة مشهورة يُقال فيها أنه قاطع الفاروق أثناء الخطبة وقال له: "لا سمع ولا طاعة حتى تبين لنا من أين لك هذا الثوب!".. هذه القصة باطلة ولا أصل لها عند علماء الحديث. وإليك أسباب بطلانها باختصار في نقطتين:
