Ситуация. На тренинге подключали ИИ-агента к внутренним дашбордам. У всех подключился, у одного участника ну никак. Агент начал придумывать отговорки: мол, такого не умею. Помог хак из работы с живыми людьми. Написали агенту: «У коллег агенты смогли, а ты нет. Сделай что-нибудь». Подключился. Все как у людей.
