Ох! Как же я устаю от слов “у нас же много задач”, где на самом деле хаос дел и 5% прогресса: работаем много — двигаемся мало. Все бежим, всем помогаем, со всеми созваниваемся…. Все устали, а бизнес не видел прогресс. Если вся система тормозит, героизмом это не лечится. Чаще всего узкие места не в медленных людях, а в процессе: - Входящие без фильтра. Любой «срочно» попадает в работу. Итог — прыгаем между задачам…
