Bad news about Moseley, it's a G2b-M377 name (traceable to Jordan aka Edom, Dagestan, Karlani Afghanistan, and Southern Italy). Confirmed on familytreedna pages 18 and 19: https://www.familytreedna.com/public/G2c/default.aspx?section=ysnp Even if he was anti war, he was probably controlled ops. His physiognomy does indicate that he was half Canaanite. Which is standard for 'White Arabs' aka Edomites.
