أظنُّ أن وجود روتين والإلتزام به حامٍ من الاكتئاب، لأن نصر الاكتئاب ألّا تقاومه، فإن عملت مجبرًا قاومته ولو كنت كارهًا، فهو خيرٌ من القعود والاستسلام. كنت أسمع كثيرًا لمن عافاهم الله أنّ الخير كان في وجود شيء يرغمهم على القيام والعمل، وكنت كذلك من قبل؛ ما تحسّنت حتى وضعت لنفسي أشياءً أُلازمها، من بعد فضل الله وكتابه. أسأل الله العافية والشفاء لكل من أُبتلي به.

والله إنّ في قراءة كلام الأوّلين، والحديث خاصةً؛ طربٌ قلّما تجد مثله.لغة عذبة بليغة. استوقفتني هذه الجملتان التي أدّت معانٍ كثيرة، بكلمات يسيرة ولها وقع عذبٌ.

إن أشد ما يُفرح إبليس كما ذُكر في الحديث الصحيح التفريق بين المرء وزوجه، فتذكُّر هذا عند الخصام وعلمك ألّا أحد أسعد من الشيطان وهو يزيد على نارك حطبًا؛ كفيل بأن تستعيذ منه وتذكُر محاسن زوجك وكل جميلٍ يُعميك الغضب عنه في هذه الأوقات، وهذا أدعى للصلح وكسر كيد الشيطان.
