Бейрутский район Рауше в 1970 г. Он расположен на скалистом берегу Средиземного моря, западнее старого Бейрута, около знаменитой скалы ar-rawše. Район этот был застроен в 1960-х. Насколько я понимаю, именно тогда построили здание с логотипом Sony (и соседние здания). При этом ещё в первой половине ХХ века в окрестностях Рауше были в основном сады и огороды.
