受今年第13号台风“白海豚”影响，中央气象台9日10时发布台风红色预警。 预计，“白海豚”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度变化不大，将于9日傍晚至10日凌晨在浙江舟山到福建福鼎一带沿海以强台风级或台风级强度登陆，最大可能在浙江三门到福建福鼎一带沿海登陆，登陆后向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。 （中国中央气象台）
