من أسباب بركة العلم للمعلّم والمتعلّم: الدعاء للمشايخ والطلاب.. قال أبو حنيفة "ما صليت صلاةً منذ مات حمَّاد - شيخه- إلا استغفرت له مع والديّ، وإنَّي لأستغفر ولمن تعلّم مني أو تعلّمت منه". الجواهر المضيّة (٤٩٧/٢) اللهم إنك عفو تحب العفو فاعف عنّا وعن والديَّنا، وعمّن علّمناً ، وعمّن تعلّم منّا . اللهم صلّ وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

لعل بعضنا يجد في نفسه فتورًا بعد مواسم الطاعات، وهذا أمر يقع لكثير من الناس لذا أوصيكم بالاستماع إلى هذا المقطع المبارك للشيخ عبدالسلام الشويعر ذكر فيه دعاءً وذكرًا من أعظم أسباب الثبات والاستعانة على الطاعة :
عن الفتور بعد مواسم الطاعات يقول عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه « إن لهذه القلوب إقبالًا وإدبارًا، فإذا أقبلت فخذوها بالنوافل، وإذا أدبرت فألزموها بالفرائض »
لا تؤجل أي طاعة! «ليس ساعة من ساعات الدنيا إلا وهي معروضة على العبد يوم القيامة يومًا يومًا، وساعة ساعة، ولا تمرُّ به ساعة لم يذكر الله فيها إلا انقطعت نفسه عليها حسرات، فكيف إذا مرَّت به ساعة مع ساعة ويوم مع يوم وليلة مع ليلة دون ذِكر لله أو استغفار.» - الأوزاعي
[استقبال العيد بالمعاصي] جاء في كلام ابن القيم رحمه الله ما معناه: أنّ المعصية أغلظ وأشدّ في سياق الفرح. كمن يستقبل عيد الأضحى بحلق اللحية، ومن تستقبله بالتبرّج، وغير ذلك من صور استقبال الأعياد الشرعيّة بما يغضب اللّٰه جلّ في علاه، فلا تعصوه بعدما أراكم ما تحبون!
