Законопроект о регулировании ИИ в России фиксирует статус-кво, вводит путаную терминологию и избыточную ответственность, но предлагает разумные подходы к обучению ИИ на открытых данных. Павел Пакшин призывает к доработке и активному обсуждению обществом.
