چرا یاد نمیگیریم صریح و مستقیم احساساتمون رو بیان کنیم؟ شناخت احساسات تو هر لحظه و هر اتفاقی که برای آدم میافته و شفاف سازی اون احساسات، هم برای خودمون و هم برای بقیه بزرگترین نشونهی بلوغ و رشد یک آدمه.
