Запущенная в Дагестане Новолакская ВЭС стала крупнейшим ветропарком России. Вырабатываемой здесь энергии достаточно, чтобы полностью обеспечить примерно 240 тыс. домов. В Дагестане за 10 лет не достроили технопарк, в который вложили более 300 млн. В регионе десятки таких некогда амбициозных проектов, которые годами стоят недостроенными.
