Вы только представьте себе суммы, которые с каждой оплаты за проезд будет получать Моисеев и его «транспортная мафия». Ведь в затраты компании «СИТИ-КАРД» не входит оплата топлива, покупка аккумуляторов по цене нового электромобиля или шин.
