Спешу поделиться хорошей новостью! Помните, я писала как суд возложил на граждан и НКО почти 6 млн. судебных расходов за судебную экспертизу при оспаривании заключения ГЭЭ? Истцы обжаловали это определение суда и вот сегодня оно было отменено вышестоящей инстанцией с направлением дела на новое рассмотрение! Будем следить за развитием событий 👍
