Случай про слепое пятно: Сотрудник участвует в конфликте и другие участники его рабочей команды сообщают, что с ним не безопасно, что он пассивно-агрессивен, а так же, что он давит. Динамика конфликта разворачивается так, что находится «козел отпущения», и конфликтный сотрудник уверяет себя в своей правоте. Недавно участвовала в споре, насколько важна форма общения, бережные формулировки, тон, общая доброжелательность, самообладание, ненасильственные и не манипулятивные слова и действия. Мой оппонент сказал, что это «финтифлюшки», а главное - суть. Деньги дает, защищает, кормит, не уходит - значит все ок. Смотри на дела, а не на финтифлюшки. Мы дошли до формулировки «папа вас бьет, но он вас любит, и это самое важное»…

А вот еще вспомнила случай, когда девушка только получила права и хотела позаниматься с инструктором, так как очень себя неуверенно чувствовала за рулем. Ее парень настоял, что инструктор не нужен и что он сам с ней поездит-поучит. Они поехали, причем туда, куда ей было страшновато. Но «ничего не бойся, я с тобой» сработало. В потоке он стал ругаться с ней, что она все не так делает, что плохо ведет машину и тп. Раз…

Еще бытовые примера насилия созданием риска: 1. Опасное вождение с пассажирами. 2. Провоцирование драки с третьими лицами в присутствии близких. 3. Домашнее лечение детей, выходящее за рамки обычной помощи при простуде, не обращение ко врачу, не вызов скорой. 4. Кормление детей просроченной едой «она еще нормальная». Мой ответ по задачке выше: Да, это насилие. Потому что это активное создание риска, на который потерпевший не может повлиять. При этом у автора насилия есть власть эту опасность не создавать.
