Для начала хорошо бы раскрывать в стране всю фин информацию по всем бюджетным организациям: что кто сколько стоит народу. Начиная с ЖКХ и кончая вот образованием и властью. Народ очень плохо представляет, сколько денег власти вваливают, например, в тот же МГИМО, и сколько кстати он получает с платников.
