Мысль, которая приходила в голову примерно каждому: продать бабушкину квартиру за 20 млн, положить на вклад под 13% и получать 215 тысяч в месяц. И работать больше не надо. Всем привет. Вроде бы не выкладывал выплату за фонд который я брал на отдельном счете Акецент 5 на 9тыс, теперь каждый месяц будет присылать мне выплаты. Там около 10% годовых. Всем привет! Я немножко очухался от отпуска и продолжаю писать посты в канал. День покупки чуть сместился, но не суть, всё равно беру по средней. Всем добрый 🤚 Только вернулся из авто путешествия по Беларуси. Был там всю неделю. Туром по разным городам. Был в Полоцке, Витебске, Могилеве и Бобруйске. Всем доброго. На днях тут пришли дивиденды от Ленэнерго. Решил сразу пустить их в дело. Накинул еще 10к сверху своих и на 14 тысяч купил LQDT. То есть однодневные облигации. Пока что просто с целью немного добавить защитных активов. Ну и давно ничего не покупал. А тем не менее, с прошлой покупки этот фонд у меня плюс 3%.
