با مامانبزرگم بیمارستان بودم. راهروها بوی الکل میداد، اما من انگار بوی خستگی میشنیدم. از یه جایی به بعد، خستگی فقط توی عضلات نمیمونه. راهش رو پیدا میکنه به ریه، به فکر، به حافظه، به امید... شاید این، بزرگترین دستاوردِ سالهای اخیرم باشه؛ اینکه درد، دیگه هیچوقت تنها نمیاد.

درمان خطی نیست. بهبودی واقعی معمولاً شکل زیگزاگ داره، نه یه خط صاف رو به بالا؛ ممکنه بعضی روزها احساس کنی چند قدم به عقب برگشتی، اما این هم بخشی از مسیر تغییره، نه نشونهی شکست.
