Правильно Вам отказали. Такого и никакого другого подобного документа нет и не было. Такой документ ничем не предусмотрен. Ни могут выдать то, чего не существует. И для чего нужен такой документ, если он юридической силы никакой не имеет. Защита польская после 30 дней отсутствия в стране, автоматически аннулируется автоматически.
